Dr. Amir Ziv-Av

Dr. Amir Ziv-Av is the owner of Ziv-Av Technologies Ltd and Trilogical Ltd. He holds a Ph.D. in engineering from Tel Aviv University (Optimal Technological Concepts Generation thesis) and is an expert in the field of technology optimization. He is a member of the executive committee of the Technion in Haifa and is on the board of governors of Afeka College of Engineering (Tel-Aviv) as well as various other government committees.
Dr. Ziv-Av lectures on the subject of “Technological Optimization” at governmental organizations and companies as well as academic institutes.
Dr. Ziv-Av has been the chief scientist of the Israeli Ministry of Transportation, Infrastructures and Road Safety. He was the chairman of Inter-Ministerial Committee of Trafice Devices, Experiments and Road Safety, as well as chairman of the Future Traffic Managing and Control Committee for the technological vision consolidation of transportation in Israel.
Dr. Ziv-Av has been a board of directors’ member of the governamental company Ashot Ashkelon, a board of directors’ member of Bar-Ilan University’s R&D Company, Keter Plastic R&D manager and Board management member and Optotrech (“Orbotech”) opto-mechanical R&D manager and Board management member.
